Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 26th September, 2023.

I, CHARLIE MCCONALOGUE, Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Animal Health and Welfare and Forestry (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2022 (No. 4 of 2022), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Animal Health and Welfare and Forestry (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2022 (Commencement) Order 2023.

2. The 6th day of September 2023 is appointed as the day on which Part 3 of the Animal Health and Welfare and Forestry (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2022 (No. 4 of 2022) comes into operation.
