I, DARRAGH O’BRIEN, Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (5) of the Maritime Area Planning Act 2021 (No. 50 of 2021), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Maritime Area Planning Act 2021 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) (No. 2) Order 2023. | ||
2. The 17th day of July 2023 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Maritime Area Planning Act 2021 (No. 50 of 2021) shall come into operation: | ||
(a) section 12; | ||
(b) sections 40 to 55; | ||
(c) sections 57 to 71; | ||
(d) section 73; | ||
(e) sections 105 to 109; | ||
(f) Part 5; | ||
(g) Part 7; | ||
(h) Section 182; | ||
(i) Schedules 7 and 8. | ||
