S.I. No. 136/2023 - Environmental Protection Agency (Emergency Electricity Generation) (Amendment) Act 2023 (Commencement) Order 2023

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 31st March, 2023.

I, EAMON RYAN, Minister for the Environment, Climate and Communications, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 9 (2) of the Environmental Protection Agency (Emergency Electricity Generation) (Amendment) Act 2023 (No. 6 of 2023), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Environmental Protection Agency (Emergency Electricity Generation) (Amendment) Act 2023 (Commencement) Order 2023.

2. The 30th day of March 2023 is appointed as the day on which the Environmental Protection Agency (Emergency Electricity Generation) (Amendment) Act 2023 (No. 6 of 2023) shall come into operation.
