I, CATHERINE MARTIN, Minister for Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 20 (3) of the Official Languages (Amendment) Act 2021 (No. 49 of 2021), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Official Languages (Amendment) Act 2021 (Commencement) Order 2023. | ||
2. The 13th day of March 2023 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Official Languages (Amendment) Act 2021 (No. 49 of 2021) shall come into operation: | ||
(a) section 2 (insofar as it is not already in operation); | ||
(b) section 7; | ||
(c) section 9; | ||
(d) section 10; | ||
(e) section 11; | ||
(f) section 15; | ||
(g) section 18; | ||
(h) section 19. | ||
