S.I. No. 77/2023 - Tailte Éireann Act 2022 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2023

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 3rd March, 2023.

I, PASCHAL DONOHOE, Minister for Public Expenditure, National Development Plan Delivery and Reform, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (3) of the Tailte Éireann Act 2022 (No. 50 of 2022) (as adapted by the Public Expenditure and Reform (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2023 ( S.I. No. 19 of 2023 )), after consultation with the Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Tailte Éireann Act 2022 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2023.

2. The 1st day of March 2023 is appointed as the day on which section 39 of the Tailte Éireann Act 2022 (No. 50 of 2022) shall come into operation.
