Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 24th February, 2023.

I, EAMON RYAN, Minister for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Air Navigation and Transport Act 2022 (No. 40 of 2022), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Air Navigation and Transport Act 2022 (Section 69) (Commencement) Order 2023.

2. The 15th day of February 2023 is appointed as the day on which section 69 of the Air Navigation and Transport Act 2022 (No.40 of 2022) shall come into operation.

This Order appoints 15th February 2023 as the date on which Section 69 of the Air Navigation and Transport Act 2022 comes into operation.
