Amendment of section 5 of Act of 2002
43. Section 5 of the Act of 2002 is amended, in subsection (2), by the substitution of “section 37(13), 43(3), 43(4), 45, 46, 48 or 54(9)” for “section 37(13), 43, 45, 46 or 48”.
