Minister may prescribe fee | ||

18. The Minister may prescribe a fee where an application is made for— | ||
(a) a licence under section 12 , | ||
(b) the renewal of a licence under section 15 , or | ||
(c) a copy of a licence under section 17 , | ||
and such fee shall be recoverable by the Executive as a simple contract debt in any court of competent jurisdiction. |
