Amendment of section 81 of Principal Act (general meetings: adjournment, quorum and minutes)

51.Section 81 of the Principal Act is amended—
|
|
| |
(a) in subsection (4), by the substitution of “Subject to subsections (5) and (5A)” for “Subject to subsection (5)”, and
|
|
| |
(b) by the insertion of the following subsection after subsection (5):
|
|
| |
“(5A) The quorum for a general meeting of a corporate credit union shall be 2 members.”.
