Warrant required to enter dwelling

59. Upon the sworn information of an authorised officer, a judge of the District Court may, if satisfied that there are reasonable grounds for believing that records relating to the carrying out of a relevant activity are held at a dwelling, issue a warrant authorising a named authorised officer, accompanied by such other authorised officers, officers of customs, or members of the Garda Síochána the judge considers necessary to—

(a) enter the dwelling, (if necessary by the use of reasonable force),

(b) inspect the dwelling, and

(c) exercise all or any of the powers conferred on an authorised officer under this section, section 57 or subsection (1), (2) or (3) of section 58 .
