Amendment of section 113 of Act of 2018

76. Section 113(6) of the Act of 2018 is amended—
|
|
| |
(a) by the substitution of “any or all” for “either or both”, and
|
|
| |
(b) by the insertion of the following paragraph after paragraph (a):
|
|
| |
“(aa) the issuing of a reprimand to the controller or processor concerned;”.
|
