Amendment of section 9 of Act of 1976

20. Section 9 of the Act of 1976 is amended—

(a) in subsection (1), by the substitution of “who has been summoned” for “whom he has summoned”, and

(b) in subsection (2), by the substitution of “who has been summoned” for “whom he has summoned”.
