Amendment of section 47 of Act of 1961

50. Section 47 of the Act of 1961 is amended—
|
|
| |
(a) in subsection (2A), by the deletion of “has been”, and
|
|
| |
(b) in subsection (3)—
|
|
| |
(i) in paragraph (f), by the substitution of “,” for “, or”,
|
|
| |
(ii) in paragraph (g), by the substitution of “, or” for “.”, and
|
|
| |
(iii) by the insertion of the following paragraph after paragraph (g):
|
|
| |
“(h) a variable speed limit.”.
