Amendment of section 113 of Act of 1961

28. Section 113 of the Act of 1961 is amended—

(a) in subsection (1), by the substitution of “vehicle” for “mechanically propelled vehicle”, and

(b) in subsection (4), by the substitution of “vehicle” for “mechanically propelled vehicle”.
