Amendment of section 20 of Principal Act

10. Section 20 of the Principal Act is amended, in subsection (2), by the substitution of “under paragraph (a), (b) (save as provided for by subsection (1)), (c), (d), (e) or (f) of section 18” for “in any other way”.
