S.I. No. 683/2022 - Water Services (Amendment) Act 2022 (Dissolution Day) Order 2022

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 20th December, 2022.

I, DARRAGH O’BRIEN, Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 27 (1) of the Water Services (Amendment) Act 2022 (No. 39 of 2022), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Water Services (Amendment) Act 2022 (Dissolution Day) Order 2022.

2. The 28th day of April 2023 is the day appointed to be the dissolution day for the purposes of the Water Services (Amendment) Act 2022 (No. 39 of 2022).

This Order dissolves the Water Advisory Body established by the Water Services Act 2017 (Part 7) (Establishment Day) Order 2018 ( S.I. No. 194 of 2018 ) with effect from 28 April 2023.
