S.I. No. 600/2022 - Planning and Development, Maritime and Valuation (Amendment) Act 2022 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) (No. 5) Order 2022

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 2nd December, 2022.

I, DARRAGH O’BRIEN, Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (4) of the Planning and Development, Maritime and Valuation (Amendment) Act 2022 (No. 29 of 2022), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Planning and Development, Maritime and Valuation (Amendment) Act 2022 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) (No. 5) Order 2022.

2. The 1st day of December 2022 is appointed as the day on which section 46 of the Planning and Development, Maritime and Valuation (Amendment) Act 2022 (No. 29 of 2022) shall come into operation.
