S.I. No. 599/2022 - Maritime Area Planning Act 2021 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) (No. 4) Order 2022

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 2nd December, 2022.

I, DARRAGH O’BRIEN, Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (5) of the Maritime Area Planning Act 2021 (No. 50 of 2021), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Maritime Area Planning Act 2021 (Commencement of Certain Provisions) (No. 4) Order 2022.

2. The 1st day of December 2022 is appointed as the day on which section 56 of the Maritime Area Planning Act 2021 (No. 50 of 2021) shall come into operation.
