I, STEPHEN DONNELLY, Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (3) of the Regulation of Providers of Building Works and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2022 (No. 15 of 2022), hereby order as follows: | ||
1. This Order may be cited as the Regulation of Providers of Building Works and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2022 (Part 9) (Commencement) Order 2022. | ||
2. The 1st day of November 2022 is appointed as the day on which Part 9 of the Regulation of Providers of Building Works and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2022 shall come into operation. | ||

EXPLANATORY NOTE | ||

The main purpose of these Regulations is to implement Part 9 of the Providers of Building Works and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2022, which amend the Nursing Home Support Scheme as regards the treatment of rental income from a principal residence. |
