S.I. No. 409/2022 - Regulation of Providers of Building Works and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2022 (Commencement) (Part 10) Order 2022

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 5th August, 2022.

I, DARRAGH O’BRIEN, Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Regulation of Providers of Building Works and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2022 (No. 15 of 2022), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Regulation of Providers of Building Works and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2022 (Commencement) (Part 10) Order 2022.

2. The 28th day of July 2022 is appointed as the day on which Part 10 of the Regulation of Providers of Building Works and Miscellaneous Provisions Act 2022 (No. 15 of 2022) shall come into operation.
