S.I. No. 382/2022 - Education (Provision in Respect of Children With Special Educational Needs) Act 2022 (Commencement) Order 2022

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 29th July, 2022.

I, NORMA FOLEY, Minister for Education, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (3) of section 12 of the Education (Provision in Respect of Children with Special Educational Needs) Act 2022 (No. 22 of 2022), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Education (Provision in Respect of Children with Special Educational Needs) Act 2022 (Commencement) Order 2022.

2. The 25th day of July 2022 is appointed as the day on which the Education (Provision in Respect of Children with Special Educational Needs) Act 2022 (No. 22 of 2022) shall come into operation.
