S.I. No. 263/2022 - Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021 (Commencement) Order 2022

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 3rd June, 2022.

I, RODERIC O’GORMAN, Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 7 (4) of the Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021 (No. 20 of 2021), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021 (Commencement) Order 2022.

2. The 31st day of May 2022 is appointed as the day on which the Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021 (No. 20 of 2021) shall come into operation.
