S.I. No. 144/2022 - Land Development Agency Act 2021 (Dissolution Day) Order 2022

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 1st April, 2022.

I, DARRAGH O’ BRIEN, Minister for Housing, Local Government and Heritage, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 35 (1) of the Land Development Agency Act 2021 (No. 26 of 2021), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Land Development Agency Act 2021 (Dissolution Day) Order 2022.

2. The 31st day of March 2022 is appointed to be the dissolution day of the body established by the Order of 2018.
