I, CHARLIE MCCONALOGUE, Minister for Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 36 of the Animal Health and Welfare Act 2013 (No. 15 of 2013), make the following regulations:

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Avian Influenza (Temporary Measures) (No.7) Regulations 2021 (Revocation) Regulations 2022 and come into operation on 22 January 2022.

2. The following are revoked:

(a) the Avian Influenza (Temporary Measures) (No.7) Regulations 2021,

(b) the Avian Influenza (Temporary Measures) (No.7) (Amendment) Regulations 2021,

(c) the Avian Influenza (Temporary Measures) (No.7) (Second Amendment) Regulations 2021,

(d) the Avian Influenza (Temporary Measures) (No.7) Regulations 2021 (Amendment) Regulations 2022, and

(e) the Avian Influenza (Temporary Measures) (No.7) Regulations 2021 (Second Amendment) Regulations 2022.

These Regulations provide for the removal of temporary measures formerly in place to combat the threat posed by avian influenza in Counties Cavan and Monaghan.
