References in enactments

29. References in any enactment (other than this Act) or any instrument made under such an enactment, to—

(a) a dissolved body,

(b) the Commissioner of Valuation,

(c) the Boundary Surveyor,

shall, on and after the establishment day, be construed as references to Tailte Éireann.
