Amendment of section 46 of Act of 1992

101. Section 46 of the Act of 1992 is amended—
|
|
| |
(a) in subsection (6)—
|
|
| |
(i) in paragraph (a)(i), by the deletion of “in force”,
|
|
| |
(ii) in paragraph (d), by the deletion of “subject to paragraph (e)”, and
|
|
| |
(iii) by the deletion of paragraph (e),
|
|
| |
and
|
|
| |
(b) in subsection (7), by the deletion of “a supplement to”.
