Amendment of section 4A of Act of 1965

53. Section 4A of the Act of 1965 is amended—

(a) in subsection (1), by the substitution of “Subject to subsection (1A) and section 4B,” for “Subject to subsection (1A),”, and

(b) in subsection (6), by the insertion of “and section 4B,” after “In this section”.
