Amendment of section 15 of Act of 2006

5. Section 15 of the Act of 2006 is amended—

(a) in subsection (1)(c), by the insertion of “fishing or” after “any person engaged in”, and

(b) in subsection (2)(a)(i), by the substitution of “fishing gear or equipment,” for “equipment on them,”.
