S.I. No. 697/2021 - Child and Family Agency (Amendment) Act 2021 (Commencement) Order 2021

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 21st December, 2021.

I, RODERIC O’GORMAN, Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 30 (2) of the Child and Family Agency (Amendment) Act 2021 (No. 34 of 2021), following consultation with the Minister for Education, hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Child and Family Agency (Amendment) Act 2021 (Commencement) Order 2021.

2. The 15th day of December 2021 is appointed as the day on which the Child and Family Agency (Amendment) Act 2021 (No. 34 of 2021) shall come into operation.
