Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 10th December, 2021.

I, LEO VARADKAR, Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Companies (Rescue Process for Small and Micro Companies) Act 2021 (No. 30 of 2021), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Companies (Rescue Process for Small and Micro Companies) Act 2021 (Commencement) Order 2021.

2. The 7th day of December 2021 is appointed as the day on which the Companies (Rescue Process for Small and Micro Companies) Act 2021 (No. 30 of 2021) shall come into operation.
