S.I. No. 613/2021 - Public Health (Alcohol) Act 2018 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2021

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 26th November, 2021.

I, STEPHEN DONNELLY, Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (2) of section 1 of the Public Health (Alcohol) Act 2018 (No. 24 of 2018), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Public Health (Alcohol) Act 2018 (Commencement) (No. 2) Order 2021.

2. The 24th day of November 2021 is appointed as the day on which the following provisions of the Public Health (Alcohol) Act 2018 (No. 24 of 2018) come into operation:

(a) section 10;

(b) subsections (10) to (12) of section 12; and

(c) subsections (4) to (6) of section 13.

3. The 24th day of November 2022 is appointed as the day on which section 4 of the Public Health (Alcohol) Act 2018 (No. 24 of 2018) comes into operation.
