S.I. No. 311/2021 - Civil Law and Criminal Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2020 (Section 29) (Child and Family Agency) (Designation) Order 2021

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

I, RODERIC O’GORMAN, Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (3)(a) of section 29 of the Civil Law and Criminal Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2020 (No. 13 of 2020), and being of the opinion that it is appropriate to do so having regard to the matters specified in paragraphs (a) to (d) of subsection (4) of that section as they relate to the State body to which the following order applies, hereby order as follows:

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Civil Law and Criminal Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2020 (Section 29) (Child and Family Agency) (Designation) Order 2021.

(2) This Order comes into operation on 1 July 2021.

2. The Child and Family Agency is designated for the purposes of section 29 of the Civil Law and Criminal Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2020 (No. 13 of 2020).

3. The Civil Law and Criminal Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2020 (Section 29) (Child and Family Agency) (Designation) Order 2020 ( S.I. No. 118 of 2021 ) is revoked.
