S.I. No. 268/2021 - Education (Leaving Certificate 2021) (Accredited Grades) Act 2021 (Commencement) Order 2021

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 4th June, 2021.

I, NORMA FOLEY, Minister for Education, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 13 (2) of the Education (Leaving Certificate 2021) (Accredited Grades) Act 2021 (No. 8 of 2021), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Education (Leaving Certificate 2021) (Accredited Grades) Act 2021 (Commencement) Order 2021.

2. The 2nd day of June 2021 is appointed as the day on which the Education (Leaving Certificate 2021) (Accredited Grades) Act 2021 (No. 8 of 2021) shall come into operation.
