Amendment of section 70 of Principal Act

27. Section 70(1) of the Principal Act is amended—

(a) by the insertion of “and the Minister for Education” after “Minister” where “Minister” first occurs in that subsection, and

(b) by the insertion of “or the Minister for Education” after “Minister” where “Minister” secondly occurs in that subsection.
