Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 1st December, 2020.

I, RODERIC O’GORMAN, Minister for Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (3)(b) of section 29 of the Civil Law and Criminal Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2020 (No. 13 of 2020), and being of the opinion that it is appropriate to do so having regard to the matters specified in paragraphs (a) to (d) of subsection (4) of that section as they relate to the State body to which the following order applies, hereby order as follows:

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Civil Law and Criminal Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2020 (Section 29) (Meetings of the Oberstown Children Detention Campus Board of Management) (Designation) Order 2020.

(2) This Order comes into operation on 26 November 2020.

2. A meeting of the Oberstown Children Detention Campus Board of Management is designated for the purposes of section 29 of the Civil Law and Criminal Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2020 (No. 13 of 2020).
