Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 17th November, 2020.

I, EAMON RYAN, Minister for Transport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (3)(b) of section 29 of the Civil Law and Criminal Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2020 (No. 13 of 2020), and being of the opinion that it is appropriate to do so having regard to the matters specified in paragraphs (a) to (d) of subsection (4) of that section as they relate to the State body to which the following order applies:

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Civil Law and Criminal Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2020 (Section 29) (Road Safety Authority) (Meetings of Board) (Designation) Order 2020.

(2) This Order comes into operation on 12 November 2020.

2. A meeting of the Board of Road Safety Authority is designated for the purposes of section 29 of the Civil Law and Criminal Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2020 (No. 13 of 2020).
