S.I. No. 41/2020 - Harbours Act 1996 (Section 23) (Dublin Port Company) Order 2020

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 14th February, 2020.

I, SHANE ROSS, Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 23 (2) of the Harbours Act 1996 (No. 11 of 1996) (as adapted by the Transport (Alteration of Name of Department and Title of Minister) Order 2011 ( S.I. No. 141 of 2011 )), with the consent of the Minister for Public Expenditure and Reform, given with the consent of the Minister for Finance, hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Harbours Act 1996 (Section 23) (Dublin Port Company) Order 2020.

2. For the purposes of section 23(1)(b)(ii) of the Harbours Act 1996 (No. 11 of 1996), the percentage to apply in respect of Dublin Port Company shall be 60 per cent.
