S.I. No. 24/2020 - Industrial Relations (Amendment) Act 2019 (Commencement) Order 2020

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 31st January, 2020.

I, Heather Humphreys, Minister for Business, Enterprise and Innovation, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 5 (3) of the Industrial Relations (Amendment) Act 2019 (No. 21 of 2019) hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Industrial Relations (Amendment) Act 2019 (Commencement) Order 2020.

2. The 1st day of February 2020 is appointed as the day on which the Industrial Relations (Amendment) Act 2019 (No. 21 of 2019) comes into operation.
