Amendment of section 23 of Act of 2007

85. Section 23 of the Act of 2007 is amended, in subsection (1) —

(a) by the insertion of “, in the Minister’s opinion” after “from office if”, and

(b) in paragraph (c), by the deletion of “the Minister is satisfied that”.
