Amendment of section 4 of Principal Act

5. Section 4 of the Principal Act is amended in subsection (4) by the insertion, in paragraph (a)—

(a) of “38C(2), 38E,” after “2(2),”, and

(b) of “68N, 68O, 68P,” after “68C,”.
