Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 3rd January, 2020.

I, SHANE ROSS, Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 1 (2) of the Road Safety Authority (Commercial Vehicle Roadworthiness) Act 2012 (No. 16 of 2012), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Road Safety Authority (Commercial Vehicle Roadworthiness) Act 2012 (Section 45(a)) (Commencement) Order 2019.

2 The day fixed as the day on which section 45(a) of the Road Safety Authority (Commercial Vehicle Roadworthiness) Act 2012 (No. 16 of 2012) comes into operation is 1 January 2020.
