Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 6th September, 2019.

I, CHARLES FLANAGAN, Minister for Justice and Equality, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 10 (2) of the Criminal Justice (International Co-operation) Act 2019 (No. 27 of 2019), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Criminal Justice (International Co-operation) Act 2019 (Commencement) Order 2019.

2. The 4th day of September 2019 is appointed as the day on which the Criminal Justice (International Co-operation) Act 2019 (No. 27 of 2019) shall come into operation.
