S.I. No. 134/2019 - Planning And Development Act 2000 (Part IIB) (Establishment Day) Order 2019

Notice of the making of this Statutory Instrument was published in

“Iris Oifigiúil” of 5th April, 2019.

I, EOGHAN MURPHY, Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 31L (inserted by section 4 of the Planning and Development (Amendment) Act 2018 (No. 16 of 2018)) of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (No. 30 of 2000), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Planning and Development Act 2000 (Part IIB) (Establishment Day) Order 2019.

2. The 3rd day of April 2019 is appointed to be the establishment day for the purposes of Part IIB (inserted by section 4 of the Planning and Development (Amendment) Act 2018 (No. 16 of 2018)) of the Planning and Development Act 2000 (No. 30 of 2000).
