Amendment of section 1354 of Act of 2014

19. Section 1354 of the Act of 2014 is amended, in subsection (1)—
|
|
| |
(a) by the substitution of the following paragraph for paragraph (a):
|
|
| |
“(a) giving further effect to the Prospectus Regulation; and”,
|
|
| |
and
|
|
| |
(b) in paragraph (b), by the substitution of “delegated acts” for “Prospectus Regulation”.
