Amendment of Part 3 of Schedule 1 to Nursing Homes Support Scheme Act 2009 | ||

4. The Nursing Homes Support Scheme Act 2009 is amended in paragraph 1 of Part 3 of Schedule 1, by the substitution of the following subparagraph for subparagraph (a) of the definition of “relevant payment”: | ||
“(a) an ex-gratia payment or payments made to the person under the Scheme (within the meaning of section 1 (amended by section 2 of the Redress for Women Resident in Certain Institutions (Amendment) Act 2019) of the Redress for Women Resident in Certain Institutions Act 2015), and includes any benefit provided under that Scheme,”. |
