Amendment of section 2 of Act of 2013

2. Section 2 of the Act of 2013 is amended—

(a) in subsection (5), by the substitution of “this section or section 2A,” for “this section,”, and

(b) in subsection (7), by the substitution of “this section, section 2A and section 3” for “this section and section 3”.
