Amendment of section 85 of Act of 1996

102. Section 85 of the Act of 1996 is amended—

(a) in subsection (5) by the substitution of “High Court” for “Court” in each place that it occurs, and

(b) in subsection (8)(b) by the substitution of “appropriate court” for “Court”.
