Amendment of section 2 of Industrial Designs Act 2001 | ||

44. Section 2 of the Industrial Designs Act 2001 is amended in subsection (1), by the substitution of the following definition for the definition of “Controller”: | ||
“ ‘Controller’ means the Controller of Intellectual Property;”. |
