Amendment of Third Schedule to Courts (Supplemental Provisions) Act 1961

41. The Third Schedule to the Courts (Supplemental Provisions) Act 1961 is amended by the insertion of the following after reference number 29:

“

An intellectual property claim within the meaning of section 2 of the Copyright and Related Rights Act 2000 .

Where the amount of the claim exceeds €75,000.

The judge of the circuit where the defendant or one of the defendants resides or carries on business.

”.
