Amendment of section 23 of Principal Act

12. Section 23 of the Principal Act is amended—

(a) in subsection (1), by the substitution of “chief executive officer” for “Director General”, and

(b) in subsection (5), by the substitution of “chief executive officer” for “Director General”.
